Prasad KNVS is a seasoned strategy consultant with 25+ years of expertise in process transformation, solution design, business development, process re-engineering, and application modernization. His extensive experience spans manufacturing and IT domains, specializing in business process outsourcing (BPO) consulting, pre-sales, transitions, and operations.
Prasad has a proven track record of driving end-to-end project management, from planning and execution to risk management and delivery, consistently exceeding objectives. His deep industry knowledge enables him to lead transformation initiatives that enhance business value and foster a culture of change, collaborating effectively with operational teams to optimize client outcomes.
He brings exceptional expertise in IT strategy, digital transformation, global program management, and transition management, having successfully overseen numerous seamless transitions across diverse capabilities.
Academically, Prasad holds an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business, a master’s degree in commerce from Osmania University, and has completed advanced courses in general management (IIM Bangalore) and digital strategies (Columbia University). Before, RPost Vardhan served in the application technology divisions at Oracle India, developing no-code platforms, application development frameworks for developers, and a platform for integrating enterprise applications with Oracle Applications.
